Our Commercial Litigation Attorneys

Carey Schimpf has devoted the majority of his practice to litigation since he joined the firm in 1982 and has experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters. Kenneth Haines also devotes the majority of his practice to litigation, including contractual disputes. Ronald R. Weems has been engaged in practice involving commercial transactions since 1974, handling many and varied business disputes over that time. Brian D. Landry is a member of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and the Litigation and Insurance Sections of the American Bar Association. Robert H. “Lad” Shemwell has focused his practice in business transactions, commercial litigation and bankruptcy law since he joined the firm in 1996.
